This 4-piece fender flare set is developed directly on the Ford Ranger T6/T7/T8 body using high-resolution 3D scanning and CAD design. The result is a kit that follows the factory wheel-arch lines and side panel contours precisely, delivering an OEM+ visual integration rather than a universal “bolt-on” look. 

The design subtly extends arch coverage and visually increases width, working equally well on standard-height trucks and lifted, off-road-focused builds.

  Manufactured from high-quality ABS enhanced with UV stabilisers to help resist fading, discolouration and material fatigue over time – ideal for pickups used in demanding conditions, off-road tracks, construction sites and hot climates. 
• High-matt black finish
  Supplied in a premium matt black surface that is ready to install out of the box. If a body-colour paint match, matte finish or fleet branding is desired, the parts can be refinished by a professional body shop (primer recommended). 

Fitment & Installation
• 4-piece, model-specific design for 100% vehicle-matched fitment on Ford Ranger T6/T7/T8 front and rear arches.
• Profiles are shaped to follow OEM crease lines and panel transitions for clean, repeatable fitment.
• Supplied with a dedicated fitting kit and installation guide.
• Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct positioning, symmetry between both sides and secure fastening, especially on vehicles used off-road or under heavy-duty conditions.
