This Jumbo fender flare set is developed directly on the Mercedes X-Class W470 using high-resolution 3D scanning and CAD design. Compared with standard-width flares, the Jumbo profile extends further outward to provide increased tyre coverage and a more pronounced wide-body look. 

The flares follow the factory arch lines and panel contours precisely, creating an OEM+ visual integration rather than a universal add-on. The design pairs especially well with lifted suspensions, off-road tyres, beadlock-style wheels and other exterior accessories such as body cladding, roll bars and roof racks.

  Manufactured from high-quality ABS enhanced with UV stabilisers to help resist fading, discolouration and material fatigue over time – ideal for pickups working in harsh environments, off-road use and hot climates. 
• High-matt black finish
  Supplied in a premium matt black surface that is ready to install out of the box. For body-colour paint match, matte finishes or fleet branding, the parts can be refinished by a professional body shop (primer recommended).
